Data deletion instructions

You can disconnect Meta or Pinterest from Yoada Social at any time and ask us to delete the data we hold about you. Here’s how.

1. Ask us to delete your data

Email privacy@yoadasocial.com with the subject “Data deletion request” from the email address linked to your Yoada Social account, or tell us which Meta or Pinterest account you connected. We confirm receipt within 3 working days and complete deletion within 30 days, then confirm by email.

We delete:

  • Access tokens for your connected Meta and Pinterest accounts.
  • Campaign, performance and creative data imported from those accounts.
  • Your profile and workspace data, unless you keep a workspace open for other users.

We keep invoices and accounting records only as long as tax law requires, and nothing else from your connected accounts.

2. Remove Yoada Social from Meta

  1. In Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings.
  2. Go to Apps and websites.
  3. Find Yoada Social and choose Remove.

Removing the app stops our access straight away. When Meta notifies us that you removed it, we delete the data we imported from your Meta accounts within 30 days.

3. Remove Yoada Social from Pinterest

  1. In Pinterest, open Settings.
  2. Go to Security and logins → Apps (or Claimed accounts / Apps, depending on your account type).
  3. Find Yoada Social and choose Revoke access.
